Daud Ali
Daud handles a wide range of immigration cases, including assistance with obtaining business visas, work permits of all kinds (including work permits based on labor market impact assessments), applications for rehabilitation, temporary resident permits, applications for citizenship and applications for permanent residence.
While attending Osgoode Hall Law School, he worked as an advocate in the Immigration and Refugee Division of Parkdale Community Legal Services, where he assisted low-income individuals and families with immigration matters. and refugee status. He articled at Neighborhood Legal Services in downtown Toronto, where he focused on immigration and citizenship matters.
Prior to joining Corporate Immigration Law Firm, Daud practiced immigration law at a boutique law firm in Toronto, where he handled applications based on humanitarian grounds, inadmissibility, family reunification and temporary resident permit applications.
