Dev has experience in Canadian immigration, supporting temporary and permanent residence applications and managing complex, high-volume caseloads. She previously worked with the High Commission of Canada in Colombo. In her role as Practice Manager and Case Analyst, she oversees case workflows, ensures regulatory compliance, and coordinates communication between clients and counsel to facilitate efficient and accurate application processing.

Dev holds a Master of Arts in Human Rights and Social Justice from Thompson Rivers University, a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of London, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka.
