Ksenija Trahan


Ksenija combines her knowledge of immigration and refugee law to advise clients in all aspects of immigration to Canada. She started her legal career in a leading refugee law firm in Toronto where she worked on cases at all levels of courts and tribunals, including the Immigration and Refugee Board, Federal Court, and the Supreme Court of Canada. She also ran a private practice which was focused on Family Class immigration, permanent residence applications, study permits, individual work permits, and admissibility issues. Prior to joining CILF, Ksenija was working at a global immigration firm where she advised multinational corporations on the LMIA process, LMIA exemptions, CUSMA, and other global mobility options.
