Lainie Michelle practices exclusively in the area of immigration law. She advises her client on all matters relating to Canadian immigration law and U.S. consular and port of entry matters. Her clients include executives, individuals, entertainers and athletes, as well as institutions, multinational organizations, entrepreneurial and privately or family-held businesses.
Lainie Michelle advises clients with respect to obtaining work permits for business and professional opportunities. Additionally, she assists in making applications for permanent residence in Canada using Express Entry for the Federal Skilled Worker Program and Canada Experience Class. She also assists with Family Class sponsorship, Business Immigration and Provincial Nominee categories. Lainie Michelle also advises with respect to criminal inadmissibility, Canadian citizenship and permanent residence obligation including renewing Permanent Residence Cards. She regularly submits files to Canadian Missions around the world and U.S. Consulates in Canada.
