Doug’s practice encompasses a broad range of immigration matters including temporary resident visas, work permits, labour market impact assessments, temporary resident permits, rehabilitation, permanent residence, and citizenship.
Prior to joining CILF, Doug practiced immigration law at two global law firms. Doug is fluent in French and Cantonese, and also speaks Portuguese and Spanish.
